Privacy Policy

1. What this service is

Pantau (https://xhndi.tech) is a private analytics dashboard. Its owner connects TikTok accounts that they own or manage, and the dashboard shows those accounts' statistics. It is not a public service and does not offer sign-ups.

2. Data we collect from TikTok

When an account owner connects their TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and grants permission, we receive:

  • user.info.basic / user.info.profile: open ID, display name, avatar, username, bio, profile link and verification status.
  • user.info.stats: follower count, following count, total likes and video count.
  • video.list: the account's public videos (ID, title, description, cover image link, share link, publish time, duration, and view, like, comment and share counts).
  • video.publish / video.upload (only if posting is enabled): creator info needed to post (nickname, username, avatar, allowed privacy options, comment/duet/stitch settings, maximum video length) and the status of each post.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) so the dashboard can refresh data once a day.

We never receive or store TikTok passwords. We never like, follow, comment or send messages on anyone's behalf.

2a. Videos you schedule

When the dashboard owner schedules a post, the video file they upload, the caption and the settings they chose are stored until the post is sent to TikTok. The video file is deleted from our storage as soon as TikTok has received it, when the post is cancelled, or within 24 hours if it was uploaded but never scheduled. Videos are only sent to the account the owner selected, at the time they selected.

3. How we use the data

  • To display profile statistics and video performance to the dashboard owner.
  • To save one statistics snapshot per day so growth over time can be charted.
  • To post the videos the owner scheduled, with the caption and settings they chose, and show the result.

We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored in the dashboard's database and is only accessible to the dashboard owner behind a password. Data is kept while the account stays connected. When an account is disconnected, its access is revoked at TikTok and all of its stored data (profile, daily history, videos and tokens) is deleted immediately.

5. Your choices

  • You can ask the dashboard owner to disconnect your account at any time.
  • You can revoke access yourself in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
  • You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing xhndii@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to keep the dashboard owner signed in and one short-lived cookie to protect the TikTok login flow. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Saat pemilik akun menyambungkan akun TikTok lewat login resmi TikTok, kami hanya membaca profil, statistik (followers, following, likes, jumlah video), dan daftar video publik beserta angka views, likes, komen, dan share-nya. Kalau fitur posting dipakai, video yang di-upload pemilik dashboard disimpan sementara sampai terkirim ke TikTok sesuai jadwal dan pengaturan yang dia pilih, lalu langsung dihapus. Password TikTok tidak pernah kami terima. Token akses disimpan terenkripsi. Data hanya bisa dilihat pemilik dashboard, tidak dijual atau dibagikan, dan langsung dihapus saat akun diputuskan.
